Wes, with his wife Leslie, came to MVCC in October of 1999 to serve as the worship leader for the Sunday morning worship services, and since then has overseen the development of a thriving Worship Arts ministry.

Wes first felt called to music ministry in the summer of 1989 while serving as a sound technician for a musical missions team called Celebrant Singers.  After that, he served for several years in the Music Ministry at Northlake Christian Church in Bothell, WA, before coming to MVCC. Wes is a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, WA, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Ministries.

Wes and Leslie have two children, Lauren and Samuel.
