Kelly Baughman, Associate Pastor
Kelly Baughman served as the Director of Children & Family Ministries at MVCC from 2000 to 2005, and currently is serving as Pastor of Assimilation and Outreach Ministries. He also serves as a Chaplain at Valley General Hospital in Monroe and ministers at various healthcare facilities in the Seattle-Metro area.
Prior to his calling into ministry, Kelly taught school for over 20 years. He has a contagious love for Jesus, people and children. His burden for the lost and lonely is very obvious, and he continually works hard to reach people with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Kelly is ordained with the Christian & Missionary Alliance, board certified as a Healthcare Chaplain, and was recently board certified as a Pastoral Counselor.
Kelly’s wife, Kathy, serves behind the scenes at the church where God leads. She has also begun a ministry called, Positive Impact, teaching students from middle school into college how to develop life skills in education.
Kelly and Kathy have three children ( Brad,
Jacob, and Melissa- deceased-1994).
