Youth Ministry Mission Statement and Objectives
Our Mission Statement:
Our mission is to glorify God by establishing and maintaining
a youth ministry that reaches out to the non-believer and believer alike,
helping them to experience God, grow in His truth, reflect His love, and
eventually have a deep rooted faith of their own.
This mission statement is based on Mark 12:30-31.
Our Objectives...

To
bear witness to our foundational Christian truths and uphold the distinctive
teachings of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (Christ our Savior, Christ our
Sanctifier, Christ our Healer, and Christ our Coming King)

To encourage youth toward a personal relationship with
Jesus Christ that leads to a purpose filled life devoted to God.

To challenge and train youth in the areas of Christian
unity, fellowship, service, spiritual growth, discernment, integrity,
responsibility, evangelism and leadership. This is what we understand
discipleship to mean.

To provide the youth with a positive, safe, and
welcoming environment where they are encouraged to be themselves without
judgment.

To make sure every aspect of this youth ministry
has a Christ-centered focus.
